South Mifflin STEM Academy

The only reason why I put a 1-star it's because that was my only option. South Mifflin Elementary School is the worst school I have ever came in contact with.The staff is very rude, and terrible. They laugh behind your back to other staff and parents. When you try to be involved in your child's life or try to be involved with the school they just look at you like your dirt under their shoe. Today my kids are supposed to have a Halloween party I went and bought drinks and I wanted to walk them down to their classroom and there was other parents that wanted to do the same but since I wanted to the staff member yelled out you can't walk them down to the classroom because other parents will want to do the same thing which I definitely understand but then I heard that same staff go to a parent and whispered in her ear it was barely Whispering because I heard it and said that the only reason why she said that is because she didn't want me to walk there because I wasn't in dress code wow that just upsetting I work night shift then I have to turn around and wake up my kids get them ready for school and then go to my second job I have no time to sleep I'm always on the grind and I can't walk my kids to their classroom because of a dress code because I'm not dressed and look professional I feel like the staff needs to be fired just my opinion I've been having issues out of the school since the beginning of the school. As soon as I am able to find a different School my kids will not be going back to South Mifflin Elementary School I do not recommend the school for anyone the principal I'm not going to lie she is a great worker. My only issue with the principal is she has a nasty attitude but she's rude just like her staff
