Columbus Police

I do not feel safe in this area. I live in Victorian Village and I have called twice to police about separate events and Police DO NOT RESPOND. I am a proud 2A owner and I will now make sure my gun is loaded at all times. As I do not feel safe, when police do not respond in a timely manner. Plus, what are we supposed to do? We have to be able to protect ourselves, when the police doesn't. When I lived in the Hilliard area near tuttle mall (still part of CBus police) they would respond within 5 to 10 min. I'm paying more in taxes than the state and we can't get the police to respond in this neighborhood.nnOh, and I love how they say they don't have a code to our complex, so you're telling me if someone had a heart attack that person would die because you don't have a code?nnI plan on filing a complaint. What else can we do? This is utterly ridiculous.

You will get many parking tickets living here. Columbus aggressively profits off of confused drivers parking where ambiguous rules exist. Sometimes there’s not even a sign saying parking is prohibited. Many people feel scammed. Really makes Columbus look sleazy and corrupt. Everyone I know has been taken advantage of here in this way.

Was able to experience a ride-along with this precinct. Amazing officers and a great day! (No, I was not allowed to use the Lidar but did see how it works)

Police take their sweet time when you call in under non emergency. 3 hours later my neighbor isnt blaring thier music anymore, the problem doesnt get solved and i have to try to sleep over loud ass bass again the next day becuase the CPD are worthless. Not to advocate vigilante justice but....
