The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and got an excellent estimate for me prior to starting the job. He ran new pipe for a gas range in a complicated older home with a hard to negotiate crawl space. He was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. I was personally referred to Fritz Baumann & Sons, Inc. and was very pleased with prompt scheduling by Steve. The tech Tim was masked, polite and professional. He diagnosed two issues, made repairs to one and let me know what city dept. to contact re the other. He also installed new under-sink shut offs and a new faucet in the kitchen and replaced a bathroom vanity and sink. All in one day! Will definitely refer and use them again!
