Did a fine job installing tank last year as my old hot water tank failed. Valve in new tank only lasted a year. Came out on a Saturday to try and fix, which I appreciated, but didn’t have the part. Got one call saying they’d look into getting the part on Monday, but never heard from them again. Ended up going with another local plumber for repair. Inexcusable lack of follow up.

Gutridge has the guts. After waiting on several companies I called these guys. It was cold and raining and they showed up bright and early. They installed my new natural gas line from the street to the house in two and a half hours and even though the yard was wet the yard was mostly undisturbed.
