I ordered a fish sandwich meal after work. I ordered it plain add cheddar cheese. The fish was so dark. It looks overcooked or it had been sitting in the warmer to long. I am going more towards the second option because it was barely Luke warm and the cheese want even melted. The only good part was my cheese sticks. Now those were fresh. With a newly renovated building on Starlite Dr in Owensboro, front lobby closed due to COVID, I had a lot higher expectations.

I normally like arbys but this time the drive thru was sloww it was around 4pm , my wife and i was hungry and decided to get a slider. I got a chicken slider that must have been setting under a heat lamp for some time it was hard and dry and very chewy. Didn't have time to take it back but if we did I sure would have! Have to remember NOT to get one around 4pm! This was at the town square north location

THIS PLACE IS VERY POORLY MANAGED. I PURCHASED A CHICKEN SANDWICH WHOCH MUST HAVE BEEN COOKED 3 HOURS EARLIER AND SETTING UNDER A HEAT LAMP . VERY HARD TO TAKE A BITE OUT OF. COULD NOT CHEW THE DRIED OUT CHICKEN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME.

They had great service got through Drive thru in under 10 minutes though when we got there they were wrapped all the way around to the street when we got our food it was right and fresh workers were friendly just an all around wonderful experience
