Columbus Museum of Art

• If you are into art, history, paintings, or museums over all, this place will not disappoint you.n• The original building has an early modern architecture but an expansion building has been built around in which is actually pretty cool.n• Their collection includes contemporary (or sometimes even older) art works from paintings, statues, glass works and even quilts (this one might have been a temporary gallery I don't remember).n• The staff are nice and you can ask your questions.n• If you are interested I would say it will probably take 3-4 hours to visit this place.

It is a good place, at least in Columbus OH.nnIt cannot be compared with the other famous art museum.nBut it is a good local place to go in Columbus.nnMost of the display is not too impressive to me.nHowever, I could say the LEGO room on the ground floor is great!nThe city of lego is awesome!

We really enjoyed the free weekend passes. The museum is set up very nicely for social distancing. There are great interactive information opportunities (scanning QR codes, calling the listed number)nnOne of our favorite parts of the visit was the friendly, well-informed staff. Specifically Jim (shout out to Jim!!) shared great information about the history and context of pieces and their artists. It was so great to learn more! The special exhibit of Aminah's work was lovely as well.

Fantastic collection of art spanning the ages. Every artist you’ve heard of and many lesser known masterpieces. Free on Sundays. ud83dude4cud83cudffc Great way to spend a day!

Nice museum, free on Sundays. Not worth 18$ entry fees.
