Come to Jersey Mikes Where the synergy of Unity, Togetherness and encouragement to overcome any obstacle in life is flowing like a abundant river. They let me use the Restroom twice because its nice. Great subs and the service is even better! The 2 working were the best. I had a lunch meeting and picked up subs to go. Big hit!

If I could rate this location a zero I would rate it an -1 star. On the first transaction with my friends first order the cashier already made a mistake. He couldn’t void out the transaction. So, to make matters work his own go worker lacked the knowledge to void an transaction out. He actually picked up a phone and called his manager. The cashier must have been new. But, I found that extremely unprofessional.nnThen, I mention that I have a severe tomato allergy to both gentleman working behind the counter. He made my friends order which consisted of tomatoes, so I request that if possible can the utensils handling my sub be switched out for new ones.nWell...... so as he was about to touch my sub, he didn’t change his gloves. So, I had to interject because was about to cross contamination my sub from my friends order by touching my sub with my same gloves!!! After i pointed it out, he looked puzzled then changed them. But, what makes this experience even worse was the when my sandwich was done being composed the same gentleman tried to cut my sub in half ... with the same knife used to cut my friend and prior orders with. I had to stop him as well.nnIm sorry, but i outright refuse to revisit this location ever again. I’ve actually broken out in hives before this year when I ate them. Cross contamination isn’t something to make light of.nnI was extremely disappointed by this experience, and I have decided to take my money else where. I’m disappointed in the lack of protocol for those with food allergens concerning food prep & also lack of training exhibited at this location. I was appalled & needless to say, I did not eat the sub.

i love this place, great food & service. nothing but great experiences here. this place has a great feel to it. they have so many reviews for a reason.

Ordered Uber at 8:10pm and he is there trying to pick it up at 8:38pm and they have the doors locked and told him they are closed and are turning the lights off they won’t answer the phone or help him and the store hours says closed at 9pm this is way before they close there should be no reason for this it’s unacceptable if the store hours changed they should have updated it on Uber and on the website
