The only place I take my clothes
Really want to like this place because they do a good job and the staff is really friendly. Bit they have never bothered to update their hours on Google and they also haven't posted them on their door. I've gone twice now when they are listed as open only to arrive at a locked door and an empty building. Just doesn't seem like something acceptable to do in the digital age.
Went to get alterations, originally went to Whittier location and they said I needed to go to Main St, drove to main and there was no one available to do alterations. The clerk said if they’re not busy they leave, it was 12:30pm. Every other place I called was booked for alterations so hard to believe. I went across the street to Alterations with Love and even though she was busy she fit me in.

Honestly don't know what some of these raters are talking about. I've been coming here for years mostly for repairs and alterations. Everything I've brought has been repaired with the highest quality. The price is what I'm willing to pay for quality work. The staff have always been completely friendly and professional to me. So maybe others have had a worse experience. But not me. This is the only place I will come for quality work. There's more than one side to a story folks.
