I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews here. I went in for the first time recently to get cleaning done for quite a few clothes. The price was great and the clothes were done right on time. Again I’m not sure why everyone is leaving bad reviews hereud83dude02 I would recommend giving them a try! I’ll definitely go again myself.nnAlso one thing I want to add is when looking at the reviews here definitely see if it’s written by a local guide. A lot of people get on here just to write negative stuff but those of us who are local guides are actually writing reviews whether or not it we have something bad to say lol so our reviews are generally more representative of the typical customers!

I brought a sweater here to get dry cleaned because it had a small pink stain on the front. They did not get the stain out whatsoever. Honestly they had to have just forgotten to treat it (even though I pointed it out to the lady at front desk). It came out easily first time in the wash when I brought it home. What a huge waste of time and money. ud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

I don't know why this business has only a rating of three stars, because I find them to be the best Dry Cleaners in Columbus. Their shop may not look modern or upmarket, but the work they perform is excellent and the prices are greatnEspecially when compared to Swann Cleaners who won't even wash linen. I also find Rainbow Cleaners's text updates brilliant. One receives a message after one's order is dropped off and one when it's ready to be collected. Brilliant! - - Note that they are now located on Nicco Street off 5th Avenue.

I have used Rainbow Dry Cleaners for years. They are always timely, friendly, and willing to help out in any way they can. I just picked up my suit today and it looks great! Great customer service.

Selected this company over others for the pick up/delivery option but twice now they confirmed my clothes would be picked up between 8-4 and twice they were left sitting on my porch all day, never to be picked up, with no communication from the company. Will never go back here.
