Great customer service. Outdoor carpet guy really helped out

Employees not too helpful or knowledgeable. Their attitudes seem apathetic, like they’re just there to punch in and out of a time clock. This place used to be better, but now, it’s hardly worth the trip.

This is my favorite spotty for when I need my home improvement! Would highly recommend and will return! Some workers are hard to find when you need help tho! So they need to work on assistance with customers and have more workers with knowledge to help. But I will still rate 5 stars because if you need something they probably have it! Facts from a real customer.

Staff is somewhat rude, asked for help getting a vanity off shelf, and it was like I was disturbing their little pow wow. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to finish their conversation, prior to them helping me. When asked to speak with a manager to complain, waited another 30 minutes and manager still didn't show up. At the register, asked again for a manager, waited 45 minutes after paying for my vanity, and still no manager.
