Kelsey has been cutting, styling, and coloring my hair with balayage ever since I moved to Columbus a few years ago. She has never let me down, talks me through each hair cut to tailor what picture I showed her from pinterest/instagram will actually look like on my hair. I recommend this salon to everyone, including my boyfriend.nnAlex is great with my brows (waxing and tinting). I went somewhere else once when she was too booked and I was disappointed.nnI recently moved ~ 30 minutes from this salon (as opposed to my previous 5 minute commute) and will still be making the drive out for Kelsey and Alex.

Overall the staff and facility were nice, but my stylist did a poor job of producing what I asked for. I had very long, curly hair(reaching all the way down to my tailbone). I walked in asking for 4 to 5 inches off and some long, subtle layers. I ended up with hair that stopped at my shoulders... when it was straight!!! My hair is naturally quite curly, obviously that comes with some shrinkage. So my hair ended up being even shorter! She must have cut at least 9 inches off of my hair, even though I CLEARLY stated the desired length (I even pointed to where on myself I wanted my hair to stop, which was mid chest area). Instead, it's above my shoulders!! I definitely will not be returning.

Ashlee worked miracles on my hair! My hair was super damaged from bleaching it and she was able to correct the color and make my hair feel brand new! I am a huge fan of the Aveda hair products they use. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back!

Just happen to be passing their salon and thought I would try them out. They were able to take me right away. They did a great job! I will definitely be using them as my new salon.

The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and polite. The salon was very clean, well organized and smelled great! Marissa was a delight! She was very sweet, fixed my uneven hair as well as made it feel lighter. Thanks so much Square One! :)
