I had a bad day earlier this week , and I know for me, getting a haircut makes me feel better , because that helps me out personally... when I walked into my favorite salon , I was greeted by two happy , hard working girls. I instantly felt happy getting to know stories and making genuine professional Conversations .I forgot how crummy my day was before . I left, not only did I get a great haircut but I smiled from ear to ear from the experience I received in the one on one connection I got.

I love this Great Clips! I get a medium fade just slightly longer than when I served in the military. The barbers are friendly and fast. They get my hair correct each time.

It's a $15 haircut so I guess you get what you pay for. I've been there 6 or 7 times and I've honestly never had a decent experience. The lady who cuts my hair always seems upset, not sure if she is just going through rough time maybe? I felt as though I was inconveniencing her, despite this literally being her job. It seemed like I was given attitude when being asked what type of cut I want for some reason. I've only ever kept going here because it's close to my house and isn't too expensive. My hair is pretty basic and I don't ask for much, but they still seem to mess it up every time. Unfortunately I think I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I got a haircut from Dee. She came off as rude and off-putting. I felt as I was inconveniencing her for getting a haircut. The whole time she kept repositioning my head as if I was a mannequin. I’m not sure if she was having bad day or that’s the way she always acts but she didn’t seem happy. She did not speak one word to me as she was cutting my hair. The haircut was not great because it felt rushed and she wasn’t gentle with my scalp. I have had great experiences there before but this time was not one those experiences. This great clips is good it’s just Dee that needs to work on basic customer service skills, being gentle, and common courtesy.
