Self-service bay brush scratched my paint bad and I assume it was the presoak formula that turned the black plastic panels gray. Absolutely fuming. (Yes, I sprayed off the brush well before use)

When it works, things are fine. But there often seems to be issues. The last time I went, the pre soak wasn't working and just spraying out air. The time before that, the wand was leaking and soaked my clothes when I was using high pressure soap. I just wish they would do maintenance
