I went in for a lash fill. I previously went somewhere else, but I needed to find a new place while my usual person is out. I got a terrible fill. Lashes that were 1/3rd of the way grown out weren’t removed. New lashes weren’t evenly spaced, and the girl I had would stop to text on her phone. It’s a cute salon and I wanted to love it, but to pay so much for a badly done fill is never worth it.
Cora always takes good care of me when I visit. She’s friendly, affordable, and flexible. I definitely recommend her!
10 plus stars!!! I’ve been using koko Bella sugar wax since the beginning of COVID, and it literally has been a life saver, I love supporting local businesses especially black owned and the product and service has never failed me. I had accidentally ordered the wrong wax and for the owner to notice that without me even noticing myself and for her to reach out to me was just amazing! I value good customer service and because of that I will always be a loyal customer!
Leslye Was great! She did a wonderful job on my lashes! The ship is beautiful decorated-and one thing that stood out to my was the comfortable chair they have while getting your lashes done! Booked my next appointment before I left and definitely looking forward to going back!
Wonderful experience with Tyler today, as I was one of people she is training on. The store is small, comfortable and well put together. Finding the store is kind of hard and parking is horrible. She mentioned something about a parking app, but I have no idea what that is. Tyler did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and making me feel beautiful. My right eye is a little fuller than the left but that comes with practice. The music was great and I almost fell asleep because it was relaxing. The only thing that could of been better was the explaining of after care. I know I got a paper that explains, but while I was in the chair I asked. The only response I got was that I would get a paper to read. As the professional, I just expected she would know the care. Thank you so much for letting me come and model! I will be back
