The W Nail Bar

The staff is very kind, very organized and keep the place clean. When it comes to nails and eyebrows they really good. I'd recommend them. I came it with messed up nails but they made them so much betternI absolutely love going here! The service is so wonderful!! Everyone is patient and kind. They are very clean and very careful with COVID! They have reasonable prices.

I visited the W Nail Bar on N. High street twice with in the past 2 months, both for gel pedicures. The first time, the girl was very sweet but her quality of work lacked greatly. I thought I would give it another shot with another nail tech. Unfortunately my second trip was worst than the first. First, I was never checked in so I waited 30 minutes before I was taken back to my chair, despite my appointment being scheduled. Once I was finally in the chair, the girl servicing me was rude and her work was terrible. The price does not match the quality of work. Over all, even after trying to give them a second shot, I was sadly disappointed.

I came in to get the gel extensions with (unknowingly) poly gel on my nails from a previous nail tech. While I wasn’t able to get them due to the damage caused by the poly gel, Heather helped bring my nails back to life. She was extremely professional and kept my nails looking perfect while my nails grew out the poly gel. I keep going back because of how good my nails look every time I leave the salon. Hands down the best nail experience I’ve had and I highly recommend!

Don't waste your time. I paid for 3 different types of medi and pedis and we all received the same thing. Also someone canceled on me last minute because theu found out they had Corona and they still charged me for her services. I could understand if I canceled because I'm the main person who scheduled. But to still charge me because of something I can't controllnis ridiculous.. If you pay for a meni or pedi get the basic one they are all the same!!!!
