Allison Gavin made our experience amazing! This was my wife and my first ever house purchase and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find, negotiate, and guide us through the purchase and contracting process. She would even go to the house to be with contractors getting estimates when I wasn't there. She answered our questions at 10 o'clock at night and never made us wait. If it were not for her, we would not be in our dream house.

My wife and I work with Eric Russell from the Lancaster office. We were looking for a new house but did not really know what we wanted. Eric Russell was great to work with, he showed great value in his experience while showing us more than a dozen homes and writing offer on several. The market in town is hot right now, we would write and offer only to be outbid same day. He keep us upbeat and we found our new home! Thanks to the professional attitude in Eric. We will and have already recommended him to our friends.
