River Valley Apartments

During the summer, well taken care of. Service has been great. However, in the winter, the parking lot is NOT taken care of. Slipped and fell on ice a few days ago, and pulled a muscle in my hip. Parking is not the greatest either. Often have to park in front of other buildings because ours is packed. Other than those, the apartments are cute, when they decide to mow in the summer, the grass is taken care of. (Our dog doesn't like the grass touching her belly, which happens more than it doesn't.)

I've lived at River Valley for just a little over a year, and the difference between here and the last place we stayed is night and day. My family and I are very pleased with the apartment and location. Tammy made moving in so easy on us during a very difficult and stressful time. Her and everyone else we've interacted with at the office and involving maintenance have been kind, courteous, and professional.

I've lived here for 6 years now and love it. The staff is great and very friendly. The apartments are older but if you have any problems they work hard to fix it. The pool in the summer is also a big bonus!

I have lived here for the past 4 years. The leasing staff is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is the best I have ever seen. The community is great with tons of kids running around and friendly neighbors. The pool is open seasonally and very well maintained. The office even has a service where packages get dropped off there to make sure your deliveries are safe and secured. Any time I have had an issue my worries have been put to ease very quickly. The price of rent is very reasonable given the area and proximity to great stores, movie theaters, putt putt golf and restaurants. We have made this place our home and I always refer my friends when they are looking for somewhere nice to move. If you are looking for a nice place to move, tell them Carl sent ya.

We have lived here for a couple years and they have been excellent the whole time. Responsive to any issue that comes up and very good at ensuring a peaceful place to live.
