I just closed on the selling of my home lat week using the services of realtor Tony Coakley. I cannot recommend him enough in that the entire process was thoroughly explained to me and he guided everything with the most efficient level of professionalism and aptitude. Upon the listing of my home, we had an above-asking-price offer in less than two hours! That offer held and became official in less than a few weeks. Tony answered all of my questions, handled all of my concerns, and truly put my mind at ease during the entire experience. Tony was able to find us the perfect property that fit our family’s needs and in our price range. He’s personable, knowledgeable and respectful.
