While trying to find a place for my elderly father who has trouble getting around, we applied here. We got a notice that an apartment was available but we had a week to respond... we didn't get the letter until the day before we had to respond. I called and left a message as well as sent an email, but it was a weekend, so no response. My dad had been stopping by there 2-3 times a day for a week but there was never anyone there, even during posted business hours. After not hearing from them, we just got a notice that said they canceled his name on the wait list for not responding.... unprofessional and non-responsive, covid or no covid. Luckily, my dad got a call for another place he applied and they actually respond and are there when they say they will be. Go ahead and apply; I'm sure they might be nice apartments, but good luck getting anyone to follow up with you.

Hunterwood Park Apartments was my home for 14 years. I loved living there. I was always treated like family.

Well ran. The tenants are mostly respectful. They cleaned the place up from what it was years ago. They weed out the bad people fairly quickly

Tried to take mother in to apply 3 different times and no one is in the office during posted hours
