Greg Bruney did an amazing job. He roughed-in a full bathroom in my basement. He completed it promptly, and he did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend his work!

Our home lost water pressure so my wife called to have them come look at our well. Wish I had read these reviews first! Showed up late, then proceeded to tell me that my well had collapsed. Said he could solve the issue by dropping a new pump on top of my old one but it would cost me $45 per foot! I have a 220 foot well, do the math. He said my only other choice is to have a new well put in, but it's a 14 week lead time. Tried to back me into a corner to have him come out and drop the new pump in at that outrageous price. We had another company come out and they said our well had not collapsed and the pump just needs replaced. Thank goodness for 2nd opinions! Funny, he asked what I did for a living before telling me the alleged problem with our well. Guess he thought I was easy prey.

Called Brunney for emergency services on a Saturday. He came out and quoted me $1,700 up front to replace a couple pieces of copper that had been cut out by vandals. I had no choice and he knew it. I’ve asked multiple times for a receipt and he won’t give me one because he knows he can’t possibly justify that price in writing.

Horrible service. Took 3 times coming to find out that a pipe needed replaced. Over 2 hours late for the first appointment, 1 hour late for the second and 1 hour late for the third. Charged over $200 to just calk around the seals the first time. An absolutely horrible company. They tell you they will be there in 30 minutes and then don't show up for over an hour and still there was a leak! DO NOT USE!!

Not a trust worthy person. Rear ended my wife in her van, tried to say that the damage was already there and refused to pay. Had to get insurance company involved. That is what kind of person this is...someone who would lie about something where he was in the wrong.
