Apartment had serious MOLD issues and River Ridge did nothing about it. I had talked to NUMEROUS tenants on the main level and on the bottom levels that have MOLD throughout their apartments (kitchen, closets, windows, inside cabinets) I even had mold growing on my dishes, on the walls of my closet and on my shoes and bags in the closet! Humidity was so high (70+) percent ...Informed management by phone and email and sent photos... and they did nothing. I bought a dehumidifier (over $200) so my belongings were not ruined! In addition, River Ridge charges fees that are NOT disclosed in the lease agreement, (water fees and month to month fees) our Lease stated no month to month fee, and they tried to jack our rent up almost $200 by going month to month (during the pandemic lockdown)! They will keep your deposit, no matter if you are the perfect tenant, pay on time, and leave your place spotless. In addition, the ceilings EXTREMELY thin and people upstairs our place were VERY LOUD at all hours of the day and NIGHT ! PLUS I was tired of stepping dog poo and at times dealing with shin high grass. HORRIBLE experience! So thankful we are out of that place!

Things have improved under new office staff! Girls up there are great. Only issues now is lack of grass and parking. Katie and Maddie have been very responsive . Much improved experience

Are you looking for a place with plenty of entitled midwestern people this are the apartment for you. are you looking for a place that believes that they are higher than the ohio law this is the place for you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR METHHEAD NEIGHBORS THAT MIGHT BE COOKING THAT CRACK IN THE KICTCHEN THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.nnIT WAS DESSIGNED BY AN ONLINE GRADUATE DUE TO THE CLEAR:nLACK OF PARKINGnTHE BUILDINGS ARE SINKING AND IT CAN BE SEENnNO GRANITE COUNTERTOPSnDOG PARKS THAT WERE BUILD ON THE BIGGEST MUD MOUNTAINT THEY COULD FIND.nDONT BE MISSERABLE LOOK FOR AN ACTUAL LUXURY APARTEMNT.nnYOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE

By far the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived at! Amazing pool, and fitness room. The management is great and very attentive. Katie and Maddie are so professional. Maintenence team is terrific. My apartment looks over the view of the river, I love this place.

They say the measure of a good company, is the employees that represents them. After working with Maddie, Sherri, and Samantha.. it was easy to give this place 5 stars. I moved in a week ago, and had a couple small issues with my place. Instead of taking my money and telling me tough luck, we'll get to it when we get to it. These ladies acted with haste and a genuine desire to make the wrong, right! It's refreshing to see a management company and it's employees, that actually care!nI highly recommend moving to Rivers Ridge!
