Tom Florence helped my wife and I sale a house and purchase a new one. He had a perfect mix of guiding us and allowing us to make decisions based on our desires for a new home. Tom's expertise in the real estate world allowed us to negotiate a great deal for our purchase. When selling our old home, Tom was able to navigate some tricky waters to make sure everything was taken care of quickly. Tom went out of his way to drive 5o Columbus to handle some matters on my behalf so I could spend time I had planned with family. Tom's a stand up guy and stayed in constant communication throughout the whole process. When we are on the market again, there's no question we will call Tom Florence first and foremost.
