Very uneducated about what adds value to a home. After much work to a house in booming housing market under appraised house according to my opinion and the banks.nWhen comparing homes compared them to homes in very bad areas where homes go for much less. Also my home was in a township not the city.nnAlso stated new roofs adding electricity to garage and workshop replacing soffit that was gone all around home fixing holes in wall.and painting home adds no value to the property as these are all maintenance issues which are expected to be up kept.nnAlso was very uneducated about plaster wall and roof homes and claims that the age of the home hurts the value alot even know old homes are built 10x stronger than modern homes structure wise.nnDo not use this company it's a water of your money.
