There's really nothing nice to say I really liked the home have EXCELLENT rental history but still got turned down. I even offered a larger deposit with a guarantor I was turned down. On the application it stated to write a letter to explain any items in your background and I did and was genuine but this shows that being truthful and honest like that can shoot you down by even strangers who dont even meet you face to face.
