Rather underwhelmed by my experience thus far. Management doesnt seem to care too awfully much. Evidently there is no option to have someone take over the lease if you need to leave sooner than you thought. Never heard of a complex that doesnt allow that. Not necessarily recommended
Maintenance is decent, not great. You will live with all kids of creatures. We have crickets, moles, squirrels, and field mice. I'm so so squeaky clean and its been liveable but wow something needs to be done.
Poor management, no response to maintenance calls. Has all plan in place not to return your downpayment I was a victim. If there is anything less than 1 star thats what they deserve.
Disgusting place to live, sewer water flooded my apartment every 2 weeks for the year long lease I had, the. Black mold festered in the carpet from the constant flooding, management refused to update the plumbing and even refused to fix the black mold, these people are thieves! Do not live here!
The new management over the last couple years or so has absolutely ruined this place. They let the worst refuse of humanity live here, dangerous area. Maintenence men come in and out of your apartment whenever they please with very little notice, no privacy. Trash everywhere, laundry rooms are broken into and trashed by low lifes. Would not recommend living here.
