Hired a Kristin Poirier from this location met her on Facebook she was showing some nice 250k homes decided to reach out she was very helpful at first till we signed with her agency but then things went crazy she has no problem telling you what to pay up selling properties and bidding on homes she ain’t even let you view yet she discriminates against sellers lifestyles animals cleanliness etc and lack of repairs on each home she shows. I had won a listing I didn’t even see that I was coerced into buying before the showing and when we finally went to see that property was lied to again about other people there seeing it so I was also coerced to not back out within my seven days if I had wanted to . I was viewing that property in the dark as well as the first one I seen. I was interrupted by her the entire showing with upsellimg comments I have also terminated the client agency and agent relationship and have discovered social media slander from this agent just mins after letting her go by text she went on line and slandered me although at that point her Vice President was agreeing to take us on as clients because the lock in was already in place he was helpful to in the beginning but then wouldn’t return calls and texts and wouldn’t do what entirely was asked of him would shut a conversation off if you talked about the dishonesty of his agent above and her lack of following code of ethics and procedures we then asked him to do something for us in regards to asking the sellers agent to make a repair that’s needed to pass appraisal and them pay and he smarted off with you want me to ask them to write a blank check !! I have tried since then to get a release to terminate this contract and relationship entirely I don’t think it’s right they can talk with clients how they want to & tell clients they will help them and to find out that your paperwork hasn’t been processed accordingly in terms of timing etc . This office is very slow with closing and or helping you there only concern is profit your just a number to them please use another agency !
