Ollie Wash

My wife and I have been pleased with the service. So far it is the best in Owensboro. My request is that you don't change having 2 people being outside to prep your vehicle for the actual wash. The chamois at the end is a added bonus. Keep up this high standard and you won't loose my business unless it's for some unforseen reason.

Very convenient! Good wash. Great options. With kids it's free vacuum service is a must.

First time going to Ollie car wash. It was very thorough. Our car came out very clean. We then used the vacuums. Everything was great!

The person that waited on me was very kind & courteous. Didn't have to wait.

I was asked today by an associate at the window “was in a bad mood”.nWhen I pulled into the lot I saw Atleast 4 people standing at one car at the start of the wash talking. One guy walked away to wash a window inside the car wash area (average build with a hat n maybe glasses). There was ONE guy actually washing the car and one guy signally the cars forward. The fourth guy standing talking. I waited at the window and had to beep my horn to draw their attention that I was their. I’m sure my face said it all because after I told him what wash I wanted and asked for my receipt with my change the rude guy asked me “are you in a bad mood or something. (my receipt said Noah but I don’t believe that was his name). I said yes because I had to sit and wait 3-5 minutes for someone to come to the window. (every time I have been in the past the associates come over instantly if they are not already there waiting. It’s what you would expect from a drive thru window. Someone at the window.) He told me sorry but we were prepping cars.nI’ve been to this wash multiple times and there are never more than TWO guys working on one car. It’s not physically possible because the water lines will not go past the length of a car to work on a second.nThe man who was rude had a shaved head, medium tanned with a weight lifter body type. He could not care less that NO ONE was attending the window.nThis place isn’t worth it. It’s overpriced and each package does EXACTLY the same. I’ve bought every level up to the $22 wash. Only difference is you get a dryer roller that goes over your car and that doesn’t even dry your car. I always leave with dirty windows no matter what I buy.nNo thanks. Next.
