Service isn't bad, but it isn't as good as it could be. We love the sandwiches though.

My friend and I attended a dinner at Jersey Michael's on a whim, and I am SO glad that we did. We entered the establishment and were immediately greeted with enthusiastic hellos and the lovely smell of cold meat. The cashier was just finishing an order for the drive thru, but in dulcet tones, said "I'll be with you in a minute." And oh boy, did he follow through on his commitment. Mere moments later, she said "What can I get for you?" Ordering was a blissful experience. I ordered a super sub. My compatriot ordered the original Italian. Both of us, however, ordered our sandwiches after the manner of Michael (because as everyone knows, Mike's way is the only way). The sandwiches? Excellent. The service? Impeccable. We ate our sandwiches at a nearby picnic bench. As we gazed into the sunset, mouths full of Michael, we had the distinct feeling that everything was going to be okay.

i stopped in and there was a bit of a line and of course i was in a rush. it was not a long wait because the staff was well organized. i was lucky enough to have Destiny assist me and she was very professional and friendly. the food came out fast and fresh and exactly as i ordered it (because i'm very picky) thank you Destiny for your service above and beyond.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! They are so customer oriented and do a great job making quality sandwiches! I'm never disappointed and they have a sandwich for any mood I'm in!
