DUCTZ of Fairfield Mason

Got my dryer vent cleaned today, Great service, Great tech, very professional and outstanding performance, would recommend DUCTZ to anyone.

Scheduled service for 9am. Called at 915 on day of service to find out where they were. Was told by the office they tried to call me and got no answer and couldn't leave a message so they went to another call. Offered to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday. I took today off for this appointment. Would not recommend them to anyone!

First review here?! I am not sure how! Sam and his team at Ducts are some of the best in the business. Tons of experience, professional, and just an all around great guy/company. I have recommended them to friends and family before. I will do it again!

They came out, performed the job messed my furnace up so I had to call my furnace guy out to fix it, by the time my furnace guy showed up this company disappeared like roaches when lights are turned on and I’ve never heard from them again. Granted I didn’t have to pay their bill but I was left paying over $400 I furnace repair
