Had a great 1st time experience at Ross Nail Salon! Highly recommend the volcano pedicure, also suggest always making a appointment. We made them 3 weeks ago. There were 3 of us and we were in and out in 2 hours ud83dudc4fud83cudffc

My wife took our daughter there today for her birthday. Her nails smudged before even getting out the door, and like the other review, we got a 15% off coupon for another visit. We like supporting small town shops and businesses, but in this case, go somewhere else. My daughter is so embarrassed, she isn’t even showing anyone her nails. So disappointed, and on her birthday to add to it. I would not recommend this place. Mistakes happen, but either fix it, or give a refund. Disappointed to say the least.

Went in for a simple gel pedicure and chose white as my color. The uv light would not dry the gel and it ended up looking like a 5 year old painted my toes with white out. I only received a 15% discount but will be going back for a full refund seeing the polish just came off my other nails. I do not recommend this place. Very disappointing!
