I went to the subway on 1410 North State Street in Orem. They have a drive-thru and they asked me to wait for a moment. After waiting for a half hour, they asked me if I had ordered online. I said no and they asked me to hold on a moment. This is unacceptable, so I left. I will never go back to the subway again!!! They deserve zero Stars!

The service was fast and enjoyable. I went through the drive thru. Unfortunately when I reached my lunch destination 20 minutes after I left, I found that my sandwich was drenched in mustard, even though I didn't ask for it. It wasn't just a little bit that could be wiped off with a napkin; it had soaked into the bread. I am one of those people who dislikes mustard to the point that it makes me gag. I gave my sandwich away to a friend that could eat it, but I went without my own lunch and was out $10. I still love this restaurant but would try to improve the drive thru communication.

It's been a while since I've been to this location because a few years ago, it wasn't too great. However, I went today and the employees were super helpful and nice! They got me my order in a good time, and it seemed like the place was well kept. My sandwiches were exactly as ordered, and were pretty good for Subway... I'd go back in a heartbeat!

First, they messed up my order on an internet order. I tried to call several times but no one answered the phone after I let it ring and ring. After I returned to the store, the employee removed product from my salad and returned it to the bins. Really? It had been out of the store and to my home and they returned it for resale. When I pointed this out to the kid who appeared to be in charge, I was asked to leave the store. I attempted to contact the store manager to no avail. I attempted to contact corporate but they have made that extremely difficult. Therefore, I filed a complaint with the health department. The lack of concern on the part of these employees all the way up to corporate have all but guaranteed that this Subway Club member will never set foot in another Subway as long as I live; they obviously do not want my money.
