The only thing that was good was the pumpkin creme brulee. Now they could have had a bad day. The place was busy but the staff acted like none of them wanted to be there. The only person who seemed to care and gave good service was the guy in the white Chef coat. Maybe the manager? We ordered to go. Ordered a bowl of soup and the young man who served us was not having it. Filled up half way. like it was a measuring cup of soup. My salad just did not live up to the hype. The lady who topped the salad was so not happy and just tossed on the ingredients to the Thai salad like I got minimal toppings. Not worth it. Over all not a good experience.

Food was as good as ever, but the store was crazy packed when we went to get our take out. Of the ~50 people in the restaurant I saw probably 8-10 people not wearing a mask at all. Nearly no effort to social distance. I recommend ordering online or going somewhere else!

I understand that they are busy but they need a better system. I had an estimated order time of 6:50 and I waited an hour finally i told them I had a baby in the car with my mom so they put a stay by my name. But I still waited another 15 minutes. They didn't have the orders in order so people that ordered before others was getting behind. Long story short fix the estimated times And put them in order. I would not have ordered if I knew.

I got the nuts about berries salad and the vegetable chickpea soup. I thought both were delicious. I went with my husband, son, and two daughters. The females liked Zupas more than the males did, even though the menfolk said their food was fine.

Waited an hour and a half and they still hadn't put together my curbside order. I finally had to go in and tell them I was waiting. Worst service I've ever received at a Zupas. I won't be back anytime soon. **Update as I stand by the counter** do not ever do curbside here. All they do is grab the printed receipt and stick it on their cabinet to never be touched again, unless you come in and tell them to do the order. This place is the most disorganized restaurant I've ever dined at. 1 star is more than they deserve. Finally walked out after waiting 1 hr 43 min.
