I currently am renting from Sable Rentals and am happy with my choice. We did have to clean quite a bit upon our move in but the house is quite nice. The landlord is quick to address any issues that may arise. Also she is very reasonable and easy to work with when it comes to improvements or repairs. Very glad I decided to rent from Pnina!

I’ve rented through a few different people in Athens and Sabel Rentals has been by far the best. They are an awesome group to rent from. They addressed all of our concerns quickly and were happy to go the extra mile. The maintenance people are great and respond quickly when it comes to repairs and maintenance. The landlord makes sure that you understand your lease and helps you with the process of transitioning to living off campus. The houses are clean and the landlord is always upgrading amenities. For example we had a brand new kitchen and deck when we moved in and my friends who rented from her had a brand new bathroom with a killer shower set up.nnDefinitely recommend anyone who sees this to rent from them!!

Sabel Rentals is excellent! I moved in one of their homes a couple years ago and when I got married, they were fine with my wife and I moving to another of their homes mid lease. They let me use my previous deposit as our new deposit, and have never been anything short of friendly and professional. The guys they have on staff for maintenance and repair are also very friendly and informative if you would like to know how they are fixing something.

I've rented a cabin from Sabel Rentals for over two years now and I can honestly say, they are the best landlords and maintenance staff I've ever encountered. Anytime there is an issue, it is resolved quickly and done well. Everyone I've been in contact with from Sabel Rentals is extremely nice, professional and down to earth. The Sabel's are genuinely great people & you will be in good hands with them! They take pride in their properties.
