Everything was great, he even stayed late to finish my nails. Prices are very reasonable. None have fallen off or wobbled in the slightest for the past 3weeks. Although, after a week they looked grown out significantly more than it has from when I've gotten them done else where. Not sure if they purposefully do this so you come back sooner or if my nails have decided to take a growing spree, lol who knows
Kim is extremely rude, and is not near as good as the people that work for her. She doesn’t seem to care about mistakes she makes and her attitude needs to have a serious change. She thinks because she runs the place that she can do whatever she wants. Bobbi and Tim are amazing and fun to talk to so if you have to go to Vip salon my advice would be to request them and stay as far away as you can to Kim.
Kim is very nice and wonderful at nails. She also is great at pedicures.
VIP is wonderful.nKim is always so pleasant and a great relaxing atmosphere!
I take my girls here. The customer service is always very good.
