River Park/River Edge

River Park is a great place to live. It's literally within the campus and you can just walk to your classes. Great view from my balcony as well. One thing that I absolutely love about living here is the spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view, put some lights on and make it cozy. They have a great coffee machine in the leasing office lounge and a gym/pool too! Already renewed ud83dude0e

This place is great for me and my cat. I live in a 1 bedroom and it's so close to campus. There are some things that could be updated in the unit but overall I can't complain! The amenities are a huge plus as well. I wish they did more events during COVID but it makes sense!

Have lived here since August of 2020. Have loved the people I met and the experience is great. The gym is definitely a perk if you are in building 36 and the coffee is great. Love it here!

My daughter lived there last year and just decided to renew. I am happy she chose River Park so close to campus. The staff has been very helpful anytime we have needed anything.

River park is a very convenient location where you’re close to everything on campus and can walk to court street in minuets! By far the best prices for living off campus and they made signing a lease for the first time very simple and helped us walk through the process.
