Campus Heights

I must honestly say this was by far the best management I've ever dealt with when it came to my son's off campus living. I don't know who was here before to Garner such negative reviews, but ADAM is the best. He helped my son's transition from VIRGINIA be a very smooth and easy transition. We were shopping solely online for a place for my son to live with him transferring to OU. Adam was helpful, honest and very thorough. Even when it came to viewing the unit he had in mind for my son, he was very attentive and mindful of my son's needs. Thank you Adam, Mattie and the other staff members for making this such a great experience.

The new Customer Service management has been absolutely excellent. Not only did they fully listen to my questions/concerns but they fully answered them as well. They were more polite than my own son and did the best they could to ensure everything they said was reality. I think I might find my first HOME in an apartment here.

Adam was amazing! He was very good with working with us, and making sure we were going to be comfortable with it. All around the environment is good and the renovations they’ve done are great! I recommend, and the management is super friendly and will work with you.

July 1, 2020 MOVE-IN: Old building, but well-maintained. So far so good. I will update after I've lived here for a while.nnAugust 6, 2020 EDIT: I was just paired with a roommate who is ALSO a grad student in my field. Smart pairing. We are going to get along swimmingly. Thank you! I will update this review as the year goes on. So far, my experience has been peaceful and easy.nnJanuary 11, 2020 EDIT: Parking has been a breeze. Facilities have been well-maintained, even with all the snow.nnApril 8, 2021 EDIT: The management team here has been just awesome. They are friendly, normal, and competent people who actually live here. I guess this place used to be managed poorly, but definitely NOT ANYMORE. The maintenance folks have been quick with repairs, and they've always respected my time/space. Honestly, I kinda wish I didn't have to move out, but I am done with my thesis, so it's time to roll out.nnDid I mention it's REAL close to D.P. Dough? lol

I honestly never even thought about living at these apartments because of things I’ve heard about the managers not being very helpful and everything. But after I met the new manager Adam, I’ve changed my mind he was so helpful, explained everything in detail and gave a great tour. He’s really trying to make this a better place for all the residents. I’m so excited to be apart of this great community.
