I lived in one of ABP's houses my last year of college and it was great! It was super easy and quick to get in contact with Marc and I really felt like anything I would come to him with, he could help me! It was fun to live there and having such a great experience made my senior year much less stressful than it could have been!

I just signed on for a second year with my roommates in our Athens Brick property. The owner is super laid back and professional at the same time, as well as lightning quick in taking care of repairs when notified (although there is rarely anything in need of repair!). I am super happy with my apartment, and you can really tell a lot work goes into updating and maintaining these spaces.

This is my third year signing with this company for a college home. I couldn't be happier with how the house has turned out. Marc and Dawn are always very understanding that most people renting from them are in college and make it known that they will try and work with the individual however they can. I'm very happy that I found this place two years ago and signed with such a great company.

I just signed the lease to live in the house for a second year. The landlord cares for his tenants and takes care of repairs quickly when told about them. Can't wait to live here again !

This upcoming year will be the third year I've rented from Athens Brick Properties. I've had an amazing experience renting from this company. They've gone above and beyond for my roommates and I, we could not ask for better landlords. If we ever have a problem with the house, they are getting in contact with us right away and fixing the problem within hours! They're very understanding and very fair with their tenants. I 100% recommend!!
