I wanted to give Mindy a shout out. Every time my daughter and her roommates need property maintenance, she is on it! She's kind and respectful and always goes above and beyond. I'm a happy mom. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

I wish that I had been renting from Kleinpenny the past few years! The apartment was super clean when we first moved in. Mindy and her brother are awesome with maintenance help. Mindy comes right away when you call her with an issue. She’s the best and so much fun to be around!!

Mindy is by far the greatest maintenance lady out there. She is responsive, kind, and respectable. Mindy continuously goes above and beyond every time. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a hard working maintenance lady that provides great quality work!!
