Could not have had a better experience with them. They're so easy to work with and are extremely understanding of certain issues we had. Maintenance was always very quick to respond, they ALWAYS came within the day (sometimes even within two hours) or the next morning. They also were quick to resolve the issue at hand. Great communication, fair lease terms, great response time. Overall a 10/10 two years with L'Heureux!

If you're renting in Athens, you should be renting with L'Heureux. So many other rental companies in college towns screw students over repeatedly with little to no accountability, but everyone at L'Heureux has always done right by me. 24 hour maintenance crew always takes care of anything we need usually the day of or day after we ask. Owners seem to care about their tenants, they are really understanding and have always done their best to do right by me. Aside from that, they have really reasonable rates for nice locations. You're not going to get screwed over by L'Heureux like you might with other companies. They have a solid operation, they're good folks and they took good care of me for the 2 years that I lived with them.

Horrible people to do business with. They never cleaned the apartment before they moved in, stains and dirt and flies and cockroaches and tons of hair in the drain. Landlord always rude to tenant and very disrespectful. Has not a care in the world for the tenants requests, nor do they take care of their maintenance. The AC didn’t work, the dryer broke constantly, microwave and fridge broke. No lighting inside. Barely any windows other than one in bedroom. Would not recommend.

I love this rental company! They're so easy to work with. Debbie is so helpful and kind. They truly care about your happiness and safety!

Excellent landlords. Never had a problem with anything regarding the house. Maintenance always responded quickly when they were needed. The office workers are also friendly and polite.
