Krause Rental Properties

I would not recommend renting from Krause. Issues brought up to them were not taken seriously and not fixed in a timely manner. Problems were poorly assessed and taken care of upon first inspection by their maintenance worker. Our grass was rarely cut when needed. It was so high at one point that we were not able to see a skunk running through our grass. Another concern is that their maintenance worker has not worn a mask multiple times when coming into our rental unit while we are home. Does he not realize that we are in the middle of a pandemic and feels like he does not have to follow the state mandate? It is unprofessional that these behaviors have been persistent and have not been addressed.

I've rented from Krause Rental Properties for 2 years now. They've responded to all issues we've had in a timely manner. I'm really satisfied with our rental house and the staff at Krause is easy to work with.

We rented from Krause for over 2 years. They are always professional and courteous, and quick to respond to any issues. Even the smallest problem is taken care of right away, without giving a hard time. Joe is an absolute gentleman, and always very fair. We honestly couldn't ask for a better landlord.

Landlord walked into my apartment to meet with me despite not answering his knocks all because he suspected I was harboring additional tenant - then he threatened to sue me! I’m still waiting for that claim, Joe. The property managers are generally nice unless you give them a reason not to be. After that, any professionalism is out the window. One manager (Jessica? Julia?) intentionally struck me down for a deadbolt even though I’ve stated multiple times that I was not provided a key for one upon signing.nnThe general quality of these apartments would best be described as “untouched since the 70s” with wood paneling to boot. I wouldn’t recommend Krause on value factor alone. Also the whole office has a weird “Pawn Stars” vibe since it’s just this guy Joe, who looks like Julian from Trailer Park Boys, and his mom running the business along with an assortment of questionably acquired college-aged women

Krause Rentals made my first time renting a house such an easy process. They made sure I understood everything in the lease and they are very accommodating. My house was in excellent condition and the entire move-in process was simple and stress-free! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for housing.
