This is the best place for OU students to live. The management are the kindest people who are very helpful and considerate. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The price is very reasonable. Their management has changed recently and the new management is amazing. I cannot praise them enough.

Maintenance was really good, rented through Athens Real Estate Company but University Commons was a really enjoyable place to live at for my 3 years there. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty nice. Pool and gym are plus. Started towing cars randomly so that was annoying. Overall, good place to kick it.

just got Halloween gift, great place to stay at and staff is very friendly! There are a lot of amenities including pool, gym, study area, and more. 10/10 experience
