I had to get a real hair stylist to fix the super short mess Jenny made. Jenny said “oh well it’s just hair”. I was humiliated. Took me a few days to find a new stylist so I had to look like a baby porcupine with issues for a few days.
As soon as I walked in the door I felt a sense of professionalism and comfort. This place is so very nice and clean. Kathy did a such wonderful job at making my mother, who never usually allows others to touch her hair, very comfortable. Everyone needs that one hair stylist in their life that understands what they want and delivers and I think I've found mine!
Absolutely amazing. I called looking to get my hair done late one evening and at first, I was told it wasn't possible but then Kim personally called me back. She had to take care of something and then came back to the salon (at 7:00) JUST to do my hair - a new client that she didn't even know! She took the time and effort to make my hair look exactly how I wanted and I will definitely be a client here for as long as she is there. GO TO KIM!
