Cafe Rio is good. Good, not amazing. After ordering from this location dozens of times, I've had good experiences, and bad experiences. The bad experiences usually tend to be on the side of the service (slow lines, wrong orders, no napkins/utensils, etc.), and the good experiences are almost always related to the food. A chicken burrito, enchilada style, is what hooked me to their menu, but I have since switched to the salad (it is HUGE). Great dressing, and plenty of mean, beans, and rice with a warm, soft tortilla makes for a good meal and a half. Overall it is a good spot, and I would recommend, but not particularly because of this location, just because of the food.

Pretty good food for what you're paying for. Each meal could be cut in half and be a meal unto itself, so grabbing a single dish for two people is a viable way to approach it. Would recommend. Don't expect authentic cuisine, but expect tasty execution.

I sincerely hope someone high up within Cafe Rio reads these reviews. I ordered curbside pickup on the app at 5:37pm. The time my order would be ready said 5:50pm. I arrived and parked at 5:55pm and although the service guy came twice to get my name, I waited 20 minutes to get my food. Turns out the order wasn’t even put in the system until 5:54pm, as my receipt states. The place was NOT that busy. In order to keep customers returning, it is important to set accurate expectations... not only around food quality and consistency, but service and delivery as well. If it truly takes 40 minutes to make ONE salad (yes, my order only had one salad on it), then update the app to reflect that.

WISH I WAS KIDDING (picture included, viewer discretion advised) I used to love to eat at Cafe Rio with my wife. Their salads are really good and they are large enough for us to share one. It was one of our favorite places to eat until my wife found a fly in her food. EW! That is completely unacceptable. We stopped eating there for a few months but today we eventually forgave them and craved their salad again (we never called to complain, our bad). Unfortunately, this time I found another insect in my food! Two times in a row! I am not waiting for strike three. We will never eat at Cafe Rio again!

Order online regularly and never have had any issues with getting my order correct or on time. I normally order after their peak dinner rush, so that may be why. Staff is always super friendly and kind, and food is always hot. Think they have it figured out from Corona now, everyone deserves time to adjust without being bombarded with bad reviews. They're doing awesome now!
