From the minute I called to receive pricing I knew that they were going to do a great job. When I dropped off the rug several associates reviewed my rug and made recommendations for cleaning and repair. The rug cleaning was quick and they contacted me within the time they promised for pickup. I would definitely use them in the future.
This is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with and now have Victor in my phone contacts. He is professional, honest, and did an excellent job. He successfully removed stains that I did not think would come out. Also, he cleaned my area rugs and did an excellent job which saved me money! They messed up my order - did not order it correctly and then never placed the order. I had to drive 2 hours to pick up the tile. Their delivery time frames are not accurate and off by weeks. You get a different answer depending on who you talk to. The manager never returned my calls and did not make it right. Poor customer service. I would not purchase from this company again.

It was my first time using H’B Area Rug Cleaning Services LLC. I dropped a rug off that my mom wanted to get cleaned. Total turn around was about 5 days and my mom hand braided rug looks new again.
