When calling to schedule an appointment, I told them that my carpet would need to be treated for pet stains. They told me that I could save some money by going to purchasing Nature's Miracle pet stain remover. I really appreciated that they told me this to save me some money. They were the technician who came out to the house and they were extremely nice. I expected them to try and up-sell but they did not. They did a great job on my very old and worn-out carpet. I would recommend Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service Pleasantville to anyone!
YES I have given John 5 Stars in the past! And I will continue to share my very favorable opinion of him and the results he leaves behind! Even the wear marks in our carpets look better! I have tried vacuuming and manually brushing those flattened areas many times, but John can work magic!! My carpets look new again. I absolutely love Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service Pleasantville!! I had the pleasure of meeting them last week to clean my carpets and rug. It is a micro-suede carpet and I have an 8-month-old puppy, so it was a recipe for my puppy. Luckily they were able to clean it and it now looks better than new. I wish I had more things to clean because I loved visiting with them, but I know exactly who to call next time!!
