They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. The interesting part of it is when they showed me the water they had used to clean my carpets. It was black and I am sure I would not have done the job alone perfectly the way they did. I am happy now that my carpet has restored its initial white color. The technicians were also very careful in handling my carpet. No damage was done and the washing stuff they used was all environmentally friendly. They even took time before doing the cleaning to explain to me what they were going to do. I would without any doubt recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet cleaners..!!

They made my month! I called on a Friday, thinking it would be a couple of weeks to get them out, but they were able to get to me on Wednesday!!! Their service men were extremely professional and very thorough in the cleaning. There were some issues with one of my carpets, but they got it looking amazing! My sofa and carpets and rugs all look like new and my home smells so clean! Their prices are extremely good, and they were on time and easy to deal with. I will gladly refer my friends and clients to them. Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service Mount Pleasant. They are so friendly, patient and accommodating with scheduling. I have a baby and they were able to come to my home while my child was awake so it wouldn't disturb his nap. I also love that their cleaning products are extremely safe and do not contain harmful chemicals. This is really important to me. Thanks a lot to you all.

I had the pleasure to meet Alex today for my carpet cleaning. The carpet had pet stains that were baked into it. I wasn't sure if they will be removed. Alex came on time as promised and tackled the job professionally! He was courteous, genuine and spent as much time as needed to clean the carpet! All the stains disappeared like magic!
