Ultra Clean Car Wash and Detail Center

I saw the low star reviews when i google searched car wash and unfortunately went here anyway bc it was close. They somehow managed to scratch the window tint on the front drivers door... this is on the interior of the car so staff must have done this during the window wash session. i noticed this immediately bc it was on the drivers side door. unacceptable

I love this car wash because I have the option of putting my own car through the car wash machine myself. Don't have to get out of my car.

Ultra clean when they do a good job lol. I know the guys here and know when is the right time to come and when it is the wrong time. Hint: Early mornings is the ultra clean time.

I have been coming here off and on for several years. To be fair, their services are uneven. There have been times when the car is thoroughly washed and and vacuumed and I have been very pleased. On the other hand, such as the last time I visited in September when the floor mats and interior were still dirty!!. Word to the wise - emphasize(with a smile) which areas of the car you would like properly cleaned, then afterwards, give a good tip. They are convenient and quick which is a plus. But frankly, if you REALLY want a great car wash, go to Mr. Bubbles in Elmsford when they re-open soon - now they REALLY give a through car wash!!
