Was referred to this place by a co worker. Wife just had surgery so I thought I would give it a try. Meals are easy peasy. Just cook in the oven and serve. The ingredients are top notch. I like that they are frozen to provide flexibility to plan out your dinners throughout the week. Pricing is really reasonable. The food tasted outstanding. Folks at the store were very friendly. I’m all in on this place and will be doing business in the near future. Thank you.

I discovered the Food Florist at the Troy Farmer's Market. I had just had a gastric bypass and was returning to regular foods, just in smaller quantities. I also have to eat on a schedule, meaning no grabbing something in the morning for the drive in to work. Getting up early to cook something every day is not exactly my style, so I decided to try one of the breakfast bakes and I've eaten it virtually every day for breakfast since! I bake it on a weekend, then have breakfast for the next 12 days. I rotate between the three varieties, so I never get tired of it. I have also had both quiches, the Swedish meatballs, and the blueberry French toast bake, and all are delicious. My only problem is that I wish I had more room in my freezer so I could stock up, but going back to the Farmer's Market or to the store in Ballston Spa is not much of a hardship, so I never have to worry about running out of delicious food.

There food is amazing, we love all of their dishes and its so convenient when you don't want to cook! The customer service is beyond amazing and they are lovely to work with!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. The menu items I had are extremely tasty and the two-serving size is as advertised for someone with a decent appetite. The deluxe chicken enchilada was perfectly cooked after following the directions. Next time I will get dessert :-)

Trish is incredible in so many ways... from her Beautiful Laugh..To being outside like a welcoming committee to one and all..nLove is absolutely an ingredient!
