Hoffman Car Wash

Very friendly...very thorough ...very expensive

People here are friendly an its a local owned business. Also the car wash itself is brand new, all up to date an super fun for the car an the kiddos too They also drew special pictures on my twin 4 yos windows before going through... Super cute!

Came out of the exterior wash and waited for towel dry. Some red headed kid came up to the window and gave us a thumbs-up even though no one had dried the car. $18

Terrible customer service. My family's car was actually rear-ended by one of their employees in the wash tunnel because they never put the car thee employee was in in neutral. Our car then hit the car in front of us, that car an employee's car. When we all exited the wash tunnel the employee of the front most car began to scream at myself and my wife telling us we can not call the police about the accident and she then sped away, yelling at us the whole time. The manager in duty was as useful as a wooden ax. He refused to take responsibility for anything. Told us zero information about what the process was for getting my car fixed. He then told us not to call the police it was just be bad for him, all the more reason to call the police. Go somewhere else to get a car wash, it's just not worth the trouble.

Expensive but definitely worth it.nGreat job as always. Staff is excellent.
