The fellow that repaired our kitchen sink was outstanding. No non sense, knowledgable, courteous in every way and very professional. He went out of his way in every way. He cared. This is the man you want to repair anything you have. His name is Mario. His motto is to make sure the job gets done right or he will not do it at all. For the new times we live in, Mario is the best!!!!!
Tony did an excellent job. He worked really hard. We have a really long drain. He used a jet system and even showed me the drain with a camera. He really helped me understand what the problem was and how he was able to alleviate it. We are happy we got Roto Rooter involved. They have great people and bring a very modern approach to their work. Thanks again Tony!
Mario responded quickly during late hour and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue immediately and resolved the problem in a short period if time.
They came late. Seemed really angry to be there and uninterested in the job. The 2 guys that showed up were really rude. I was Told they would charge $750 plus labor and travel time. I got the job done by a reputable company for $250. I don’t always shop price, but you can’t be the most expensive if you’re not even half as professional as your competitors. I would never recommend.
Very helpful advice but they could not do what needs to be done.
